Power of Flight and Lightning

Juanita “Rainbow Dash” Gutierrez is an athletic Mexican tomboy. Her father was the coach of the school’s soccer team (Football for all you living outside of America, Canada, Ireland, Australia, South Africa, and Japan) and her mother came from a traditional Mexican family. Juanita’s mother was very conservative and wanted her to be more ladylike, but after hanging out with her dad and wanting to play with the boys, it didn’t seem like it. Juanita was a rebellious type, always getting into trouble and fights, cutting her hair and dying it rainbow colors (Her hair was originally black) getting a few piercings  and this would infuriate her mom with the two barely on speaking terms.Because she is a tomboy and she dyed her hair rainbow she is often mistaken for a lesbian often being called a “dyke” which she hates and will beat  anyone who calls her that. Despite being into sports, Juanita is a total nerd and history buff (This is of course a contrast to Dashie’s appearance in the show since she originally didn’t like to read and is not the best history student) She loves reading comic books with her favorite superhero being the Bolt (of course a Flash homage) loves to read Daring Do novels and playing video games and looks up to World War I pilots such as French pilot George Guynemer,Canadian Pilot William Bishop and especially Famed German pilot Manfred Von Richthofen (aka the Red Baron). Because of these men she wants to join the US Air Force, to be able to soar through the sky. She has a deep hatred for bullies and will fight anyone who picks on anyone weaker than her, that is  how she met her best friend, Bahiya “Fluttershy” Ansari. Because she was picked on for being muslim, she rushed to her rescue. Then one day her and Bahiya met four other girls, Tara “Twilight Sparkle” Gordon, Eleanor “Rarity” Wu, Jacqueline “Applejack” Taimanov and Betsy “Pinkie Pie” Boer. With the exception of Bahiya, she did not get along with them, until it was revealed that their principal, turned out to be the other worldly ruler known as Queen Celestia (Why a queen? She rules an entire kingdom man! Queens are not always evil!) Celestia has chosen all six of them to combat a greater evil. With the Celestia’s sister, Luna who is now the evil Nightmare Moon, Celestia gives them the elements of Harmony each element giving the user powers. Juanita got the Element of loyalty which gave wings to fly and electrical powers. She was so excited! It was like a dream come true. She can fly at mach 4 speed and able to use lightning strikes shocking her enemies. Juanita is the Scout and flyer of the group. She searches ahead to see what trouble awaits or she finds it for herself. She tends to butt heads with the leaders Tara and Jacqueline because of how she feels how things should be.Despite her hot hotheadedness she is very loyal to her friends and will do anything to help them. She has earn the nickname “Rainbow Dash” because of her speed and hair.

Okay this one was basically the most easy to decided power wise. Rainbow Dash with wings to fly very fast and with lightning ability and of course I added the goggles . Mostly based her of Hawkgirll from the JLU , Ryuko Matoi from Kill la Kill and Carmen from Jorge Gutierrez’s (yes I based her last name of his) failed pilot Carmen got Expelled with lightning from her Zapp persona from the Power Ponies episodes.
